iClever Headphones For Kids AND GIVEAWAY!!
Those of you that have younger kids or have young grandkids have probably seen and heard the YouTube videos that are geared towards kids. Most of the videos are of kids either opening packages of blind bags or playing with Barbie’s or Baby Alive. A couple of them I can handle. However, five-year-old Alice could watch for hours if you let her. She also is not a fan of turning the sound down on her iPad. To say I was thrilled to be offered kid friendly iClever headphones for review is an understatement. SO GIDDY!! So many reasons!!
Starting with the most important feature is the Kid Safe Volume Limiting Technology. What exactly is Volume Limiting Technology? It’s built-in volume-limiting circuitry that keeps the sound pressure down to levels recommended as safe for young ears and will not blow their eardrums!!! These headphones limit the volume to 85 db. A safe level for kids. I love that! I know that Alice who loves her videos loud isn’t hurting her ears. AND I don’t have to hear any of them! It’s a double win!!
The headphones are durable. I don’t know if you are aware, but that sweet little five-year-old Alice may look like a little princess but she is also a powerhouse with toys!! HOLY MOLY!! She has ripped these headphones off one-handed, pulled on the cord, held the iPad up FROM the cord! Yet these still work beautifully.
The headphones are lightweight, with soft well cushioned ear pieces. The headphones connect with a flat cable which means that the cord doesn’t tangle. Another great feature when the user is a five-year-old. The headband is adjustable so this set will grow with Alice. The color and design is perfect. Alice is obsessed with cats so the fact that these headphones are kitty ears AND pink!! They are perfect in Alice’s eyes too!
The headphones connect with all the electronics that we use, iPad, iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. The jack is a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.

Alice loves these Kitty-Ear headphones and I don’t have to listen to YouTube Kids (sorry YouTube Kids)! I love that Alice’s ears are protected. The headphones connect with all of my electronics. They are durable and SO CUTE!!! What can I whine about? These are great quality, well made and did I mention CUTE?!

These headphones would be a Good send for my son! He is 9, & has some special needs regarding his emotional & behavioral health. He uses a tablet to help with sensory struggles & he’s gaining a lot of learning enrichment with it too. He loves bats, & Batman, so he would be over the moon to have a set of these headphones! This Mama would enjoy watching him play without the worry of having sensory overload & the additional fear of hurting his hearing! ????
