My Thoughts

Lypo-Spheric R-Alpha Lipoic Acid is a liquid. A very thick, deep golden yellow, butterscotch color, liquid. It’s thicker than molasses. You add this to a small glass of water or juice, swirl and drink it. I drink it like a shot. One big gulp. I can’t quite place the taste. I try very hard to not taste it.

This ALA doesn’t dissolve. It almost looks like a big glob of fresh honey in your glass. I’ve found that drinking it fast and then take a swallow of juice and there is no after taste. If you don’t drink it fast or if you try and stir it, well, it’s sugar free and well, TASTE BAD!! Take it like a shot. TRUST ME! May taste bad but I love the benefits!
