It’s odd to me that exercise wakes me up. Days when I don’t exercise I am tired and sleepy all day. How does that make sense? Work hard….. sweat up a storm…… have energy all day long. Sleep in and all I want to do is sit on the couch or nap.
Soooo trust me on this…. go outside and walk around the block…. you will have enough energy to last all day. And now since I didn’t walk or exercise today I’m going to bed at 9:30pm because I’m exhausted from laying around all day!!
