My oldest daughter did her research for d3 and I already know the benefits. d3 only works with calcium though because fat soluble vitamin. You can also get vitamin d by being in the direct sunlight for at least 20 minutes a day. Not always easy to do, especially in cold weather because it has to be directly connecting with your skin.
