Stress I don’t really thing I have much BUT according to my OURA Ring (won several yr ago– love it) I am stressed a lot.
NO husband to be a pain in the butt, I don’t have a lot of worry because I live in a apartment and have maintenace to take care of problems……………….

I never heard of red light therapy before. I have learned for quick relief to do breathing exercises we were taught in college class for something, don’t know what subject. And I use candles, I just did my taxes and took out a Yankee Candle Macintosh, that was great for stress relief, chew gum, stop whatever I’m doing and take a break, daub essential oil on like perfume, I like tangerine and rose, lavender.
