Wooo hooo! The first Trail Cam Friday of 2026.

The weather has been so weird in Idaho. We get snow. Then we get rain. Snow goes away. Then snow. Rain. Gone. Our (MAYBE) 2″ of snow from last week is now just crunchy ice. Miss Bear (Our Bernese Mountain Dog) is in HEAVEN!! She lays out there until I drag her butt inside. Calling her means NOTHING! She pretends she can’t hear me. She is living her best life. At night, WHOLE different story. Black dog. Pitch black night…….. SHE’s lucky I go hunting for her. Of course, we all know one weird scary noise and Miss Bear becomes an outside dog. (I’m KIDDING! sorta. I mean HOW scary is the noise??) I uploaded a video of how Miss Bear just disappears into the night. SEE???? Dark!!!! (Note to self, buy a better flashlight!)
