What’s on The Trail Cam Friday!

What’s on The Trail Cam Friday!

These trail cam pictures really show our wacky winter weather this season. Pffffffffffffftttttttt say that 3 times fast!!!

One day tons of snow (Could have 16 feet this weekend!! SIXTEEN!?!?) then the rain melts the snow.

Spoiler alert! We had a halfa sunshine day!! I have the pictures to prove it!!

So here are our friends. Please note how big these bucks are getting. Still no sign of the moose on camera. Although we can hear them and see hoof prints……… yeah I know …. move the trail cam. I will try to remember and get out there before it’s buried under SIXTEEN feet of snow!

But first…. DO you see that blue sky?! WOOO HOOO!!

Next up is my weird shot! Does anyone else see a face??  This last shot is from the top deck and I swear I see a face!

Well, that’s it for this week. I’ll be moving the trail cam again I WILL get that moose shot again!!!

It is amazing to see these critters on the cam! I cannot imagine 16 feet of snow, you’re going to have to start digging tunnels!

I see all those bucks in the other pictures. You must be the hot new joint that opened up a few years ago. As more and more are coming. You might have to seel some of your photos to pay for the feed bill. lol

You got some beautiful photos. I actually saw a fox looking for food in our back yard a month or so ago and we don’t live anywhere near anything like where you live. We live in the woods but not like this.

Dana, Were you able to snap a picture of the fox? That would be so cool. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a fox in real life. I have to look and see if Idaho get’s foxes. What did we ever do before Google??
Wildlife:. The Idaho Panhandle National Forests contain a wide variety of wildlife. White-tailed deer, mule deer, raccoons, elk, grizzly bears, moose, black bears, coyotes, timber wolves, skunks, cougars, marten, beavers, river otters, bobcats, minks, and wolverines

Soooo I believe that’s a no for foxes.

Dana, I should have kept scrolling:
        Are there Foxes in Idaho?
Wild dogs are found on every continent except one, Antarctica. We have nine species of canines in the United States, and four of those live in Idaho. We have gray wolves, coyotes, red foxes and kit foxes. Kit foxes are rare and only found in the southern part of the state

We have a ton of those that visit in the middle of the night. One night we were surrounded by owls. My husband joked a Harry Potter invite was incoming.

Hey, if you get 16 feet of snow, you might be praying for rain to wash it away, lol. You know, that last photo…yeah, I see a face, lol.

I know right! We went to bed and there was snow everywhere. The goats wouldn’t even come outside because it was so nasty. Wake up there is no snow and it’s 40 degrees. The only snow we have is that that has been plowed in to hills. I love the buck!
