• Udi Gluten Free Foods Back to School Lunch Challenge!!

I have to admit, when someone offers me a challenge I am IN!! I was definitely in when the makers of Udi Foods challenged me to make a week’s worth of gluten-free school lunches. I immediately went to work!!  I have to admit I’m not very creative with lunches. I’m a sandwich and chips girl, but Udi products made it easier to spin off the chips/sandwich merry-go-round for at least a couple of lunches! First, I had to learn a little more about making a Gluten-Free meal.  The Mayo Clinic has a great article on what’s allowed and what’s not. Yes, I did a couple of sandwiches I can’t help it, old habits die hard!!Here is what I came up with for the week! Monday: Grilled cheese on Udi White Sandwich Bread, orange slices, an Udi (deeeelicious) Snickerdoodle cookie and a (equally, I wish I would have hidden the entire container, delicious) chocolate chip cookie. Tuesday: Roast beef on Millet-Chia Bread (YUM!!) a serving of Glutino Pretzels. My must have, Udi SnickerDoodle and Chocolate Chip cookies. I know…. I know…. 2 sandwiches in a row… I promise I didn’t do all sandwiches… I really didn’t ….. honest!! See?? Wednesday Greek Yogurt with Udi’s…

  • iMagnet Review & Give AWAY TOO!!

Today’s review may have you shaking your head and saying “Ummmm whaaaaaaaa??? are you insane?????” I said that myself in the beginning! I’m talking about the iMagnet iPad mount.  Now, everything I’ve ever known about magnets says ‘they do not mix with electronics’. So, why would I put my brand new iPad3 on a magnet? Well, for my readers of course! Rest assured my iPad still works just fine!  I’m actually writing this post on my iPad after using the iMagnet tablet mount for 2 weeks. So what is an iMagnet Magnetic Mount??  Only the coolest thing ever for an iPad!! The iMagnet Magnetic Mount, is the perfect tablet mount, it seriously suctions EVERYWHERE! The first place I used my iMount was actually ‘saving’ my iPad from Alice! Alice loves my iPad so much that I hardly get to use it myself when she is awake! But, Alice is a year old… and not the most gentle creature in the universe! I really love my iPad!! I don’t want it thrown to the floor and then walked on.(anymore) So the first thing I did was mount the iMagnet in the livingroom window.  Alice could easily watch her favorite “Gigglebellies” videos and my…

Today’s review is about PackAways the only collapsible corrugated plastic storage boxes available in the world! First, the boxes lay flat! I LOVE that! I’ve kept mine in the back of my car. I use them for grocery’s and kids toys. (Why does my car look like a toddler playroom at the end of the week?!)  The collapsible plastic boxes set up in seconds. SUPER EASY!! You don’t need tape you just press on opposing corners and the bottom “Automatically” folds into place and locks.Packaways come in white or colors. Man oh man I love the pink and green colors!! The boxes have plain white labels that are actually part of the box, on 2 sides. The white labels can be reused to mark the contents, just be sure to use a dry erase marker. The boxes are made of corrugated plastic. They protect from water and humidity. YEA!! No more boxes with water stains or ruined items! (I wish I would have…
