Epica 2 Ounce Stainless Steel Seasoning Injector
Don’t panic but, I cooked! Chicken to be exact. I couldn’t wait to use my new Epica Seasoning Injector.All I did was mix together1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine.3/4 cup of BBQ sauceBlend together thoroughly. Using my new Epica Seasoning Injector, I injected all but about 2 tablespoons which I used to baste the top before baking. Baked at 350 for 90 minutes. Until the temperature was 165. I really like that the Epica is Stainless Steel. I’ve had cheap plastic injectors before that lasted for a couple of uses. The Epica will be around for years!!
