LipiX Instant Edge Ketogenic Coffee
I think I will start this review off explaining what I’ve learned about Ketogenic Coffee. MCTs form ketone bodies (a source of energy) in the liver which releases them into the bloodstream for use by other organs including brain, visual system etc. I’ve tried the spoonful of raw coconut oil to my cup of coffee in the morning. Chengdu Could Not, Would Not, Fall Asleep
If you are a regular here you know that 2 year old Alice would rather read books over watching television. Alice was all smiles over her new book Chengdu Could Not, Would Not, Fall Asleep. This hard back book is written and illustrated by Barney Saltzberg. Such a CUTE book!!! Chengdu is a young panda that just can’t get to sleep. I know exactly how young Chengdu feels!! Well, except the high in a tree part. Chengdu is the only one wide awake. Each page finds Chengdu tossing, turning, squirming and moving to find that perfect sleep spot. (seriously, does that sound familiar or WHAT?!) We love that the book has different size pages inside, for instance one page unfolds to see Chengdu hanging upside down from a tree branch. The pages continue to fold this way and that way. Alice thought this was one of the funniest parts of the book. Little Chengdu has beautiful big eyes, wide open page after page. Chengdu’s solution is a wonderful surprise. This is a beautifully illustrated book. The story flows beautifully from the first page to the last. Truly a great book for panda lovers everywhere.
