Bellemain Silicone Muffin Pan

I BAKED a tasty batch of muffin carrot cakes!!! Okay, technically I only mixed.  But, WOW I found the BEST carrot cake mix!! It’s the Duncun Hines Carrot Cake.

Small packets of raisins and carrots that you rehydrate and the overall effect is PERFECTION!! YUMM!!!  Only the best to try out my brand new Bellemain Silicone Muffin Pan. First, it’s a 12 cup muffin pan. TWELVE cups!!  That holds the whole cake mix! LOVE that.  100% silicone with NO fillers.  Oven safe up to 500°, microwavable and freezer safe!!

Even more to brag about with my new muffin pan. It’s really lightweight and flexible. Goes right into the dishwasher and you don’t have to pre-scrub!!! This pan cleans FAST and SUPER EASY!!!!

Don’t my muffins look delicious??  I did spray a light layer of cooking spray in the cups before baking.  I am thoroughly pleased with my new pan.  I love that it makes 12 muffin, the pan is made of a thicker, sturdier, silicone than others I’ve owned.  I am thrilled with the super fast clean up. I don’t need a paper cup inside and the cupcakes still come out PERFECTLY!

I did place the muffin pan on a cookie sheet to make it easier to get into and out of the oven.  It’s a sturdy silicone but it’s still silicone and a little floppy.
