Screaming Owl Minky Blanket Review
You know the nut doesn’t fall far from the tree, Alice is so much like her NaNa; if it’s soft and snugly we MUST HAVE IT!! The softer the better. This adorable Minky Blanket from Screaming Owl is so SOFT and SO cuddly that since the day it arrived Alice has had it with her all of the time! Which reminds me it washes like a DREAM!! Thankfully, because the idea of NOT dragging the blanket hasn’t occurred to Al yet; on the upside my floors are getting dusted as she runs through the house.
Alice was actually ALMOST asleep when I snapped the first picture…… yeah …… WAY TO GO NaNa! Alice officially got her second wind and NaNa got no break!! She’s a crack up… and just a bit of a ham!!!
Screaming Owl is a very unique store, it’s run like no other business that I have seen before. Each week, Screaming Owl post offers on their Facebook page and their website. Then at the end of the week, they place an order directly with the manufacturer and those items are made to order especially for Screaming Owl customers. How cool is that!??! What that means for us; is we are getting direct from the manufacturer pricing, which isn’t something we can get on our own. It’s like a co-op of social shopping! Absolutely BRILLIANT!
We were thrilled to be given the opportunity to review one of Screaming Owl’s most popular items the absolutely perfect Minky Blanket. No wonder this is one of their most popular items! It’s BIG! 31″ by 31″ which as you can see in the photos is the PERFECT size for 4-year-old Alice. A cute print on one side and an incredibly soft minky dot fabric on the other. I’ve found them upwards of $40 on other sites but on Screaming Owl….. are you ready for this? $14.40. At this price order 2. One for the wash and one for the kid. Trust me on this. Alice doesn’t like to give up her blanket for laundry time!!
