Bedphones! Perfect Sleep Headphones!
I have a heck of a time getting to sleep at night. I started listening to relaxation MP3’s. These work great….. other than the whole uncomfortable ear-buds I have. I’m THRILLED to share with you my review of Bedphones! These are the most comfortable sleep headphones designed specifically for sleep!! These are less than ¼” total in thickness. You will not find thinner headphones ANYWHERE!!!
The folks over at Bedphones truly know what they are doing!
The Bedphones arrive in their own carrying case, with a bonus satin eye mask!! How nice is THAT?!?! There are also an additional 2 sets of foam covers for the headphones. The sturdy little carrying case is so convenient! There is a place for my Bedphones and sleep mask. AWESOME!!
Since the Bedphones are only ¼” thick they are so comfortable for a side sleeper like myself.
I don’t feel them on my ears! The earhook is made of a rubber coated memory wire. I can adjust them anyway I want them and they don’t fall off!! I toss and turn and these stay in place!! The memory wire makes it so easy to bend for a custom fit just FOR ME!! Another bonus, put the Bedphones on from behind you, so there is nothing choking you at night. Personally I hate something hanging on my neck at night, I don’t even like to wear a necklace at night! So these are PERFECT for me!! The cable goes down my back and I can tighten it with the cable slider, keeping my Bedphones even more secure all night.
The sound quality is excellent.
These really are the best Bed Earphones ever!! Comfortable!! Great sound quality! An absolutely brilliant design!! So comfortable I can easily fall asleep with no discomfort!!!

Refreshing My Old Blog Posts: The Good, The Bad, and The 404s
Updating an old blog post is a lot like an archaeological dig. You expect a quick “dusting” and end up unearthing a series of questionable life choices from 2014.
I recently opened a “quick update” only to find:
- Missing Images: Key tutorial steps now require “imagination.”
- Dead Links: Half my brand partners have rebranded as “AI Crypto Collectives.”
- Antique Fonts: Styles that haven’t been cool since the dial-up era.
Why I’m Optimizing This Blog
It’s not glamorous, but fixing broken links and whispering “Pick me!” to Google makes the site faster and easier for you to find. I’m not spiraling; I’m just cleaning up the blog ghosts.

Interesting. Hard to tell exactly how big they are in relation to the ear. But they sure do look comfortable…decisions decisions.

These sound like something my son would need. He has a hard time getting to sleep at night too.
Yet another very informative review, Connie.

I am a side-sleeper too, so when I first started reading, I was concerned that these wouldn’t work for me. Glad to hear that they are thin and don’t bother you. I could really use these!

OMG my husband would love these. He loves to go to sleep to music but I hate it. Thank you for your review.

Those Bedphones are truly awesome. good that you enclosed a photo, I was thinking earphones would hurt. I am glad that they help you to sleep. Very seldom do I have a problem, Most of the time the minute my head hits the pillow and I am all situated in bed I am gone.
