Elf on The Shelf Day 9
Norgan The Elf On The Shelf has the right idea! Take a LOT of pictures. The kids just grow too fast. I’m Refreshing My Blog (and Bust Ghosts) Updating old blog content is a bit like digital archaeology: you head in to dust the archives and end up unearthing questionable life choices from years ago. Between the over-filtered photos and advice that’s aged like room-temperature milk, the past can be… loud. The Ghost in the Machine: Lately, I’ve been dealing with a resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine. This digital poltergeist has been causing chaos behind the scenes: The 2026 Refresh Plan: I’m giving my archives a facelift to keep my blog traffic climbing and my readers happy. Here’s my step-by-step exorcism: Stick Around Please Don’t let this be a “one and done” visit. While I’m cleaning house, check out these (very much alive) links: Earn Cash: Some things never go out of style. Rakuten still pays…

Norgan Brings Torani home!! Review
Sunday morning, Norgan, our Elf on The Shelf returned home. So, NaNa held a “Welcome Home Elves Breakfast” TONS of FUN!! Norgan, Buddy and Dobby made a huge mess in NaNa’s kitchen making reindeer pancakes, Rudolph and snowman donuts. Serving hot cocoa, and of course coffee for the grown ups. Santa sent the elves with gifts to give to the kids. Cute little lunch boxes with card games, little wash clothes and little goodies inside. For the adults Santa (in the form of SheSpeaks and Torani) sent bottles of Salted Caramel and Peppermint Syrups. YUM!!!! I added I mean the ELVES added a couple of tablespoons of Salted Caramel Syrup into the pancake batter. The pancakes were sweet and sooooo good!!! I mean not a pancake left good!! I will remember this trick from now on!! We used Torani Peppermint Syrup in cups of Hot Cocoa with whipped cream and a candy cane. DELICIOUS!!!! The second cup of coffee we used the Torani…

The Tale of the Tooth Fairy Review
Cuteness OVER load in this review!!! If you are a regular reader here you know I’m ga-ga over being NaNa. I love being a Gran’ma as much as I love being a Mom. Being able to give my Grandbabies cute things FUN things is truly my joy!! Miss Emma is 4, so she is getting to the age when the Tooth Fairy will soon be visiting. What better way to tell kids about losing baby teeth than with a book?!? I’m GIDDY over The Tale of the Tooth Fairy!!! First, you know me and my packaging obsession. The Tale of the Tooth Fairy package is perfection!! The Tale of The Tooth Fairy comes in beautiful box with a window so you can see your Fairy. (Both boy and girl Fairies are available). The box is tied at the side with a white nylon ribbon. ADORABLE!!! Emma’s Fairy is made of a super soft terry(?)velour type material. She is so…

Norgan the Elf
Norgan has turned spy!! Yup… now he is sending picture to Santa!!! With a camera just like Nonnie’s!! If walls could talk, my blog would whisper, “It wasn’t me.”Because somehow, somewhere between coffee refills and letting the dog out, the Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine keeps sneaking in and removing pictures and videos. I don’t delete them. I would remember that. I am a responsible adult who double-checks things. And yet… photos vanish. Videos evaporate. Blog posts wake up looking underdressed, like they forgot their pants. Cue dramatic music. After the fifth “Where did that image go?” moment, I decided to stop fighting the paranormal and use it as an opportunity. If the ghost insists on rearranging my content, then I’m going to roll up my sleeves and improve my SEO score while I’m at it. Because if I’m re-uploading images anyway, they might as well have proper file names, alt text, and sizes that don’t make Google sigh…
