November 2022 $50 Your Way Giveaway
Before I start the giveaway spiel here is my October recap. But first, do you realize that there are only 61 days left of 2022!?!? That can’t be right can it!?! Yet Alexa tells me it’s true. That’s nuts! Time…. tooo fast! My October just flew by! Mostly because of a family tragedy, Son-in-Law Dan lost his Dad. I flew to California so that Dan could go be with his parents in Tennessee. Dan did make it there in time and now is with his Mom to help her through these first weeks. Although it was a sad reason to be in California I get to be with Alice for Halloween, which does make me so happy. I return home from California on the 6th of November. Just in time for our new doors to be installed. (And probably snow, it’s gonna be cold in our house!!) GIVEAWAY TIME I truly am thankful you stop by! Most of you every day. Hello October 2022! Time For The $50 Your Way Giveaway!!
October 2022 giveaway time. Okay, all together now……… HOW DID it get to be October already!??! Monthly Update: My monthly update is filled with Halloween goodies! I decorated early in September. I just couldn’t help it. I started sending goodies to Alice and Olivia for Halloween. Then the whole ‘Winston‘ thing happened. Thank you Kate for the name, it really fits him. The most important part of Winston is the fact that my son Zachary STILL refuses to acknowledge him!!! Seriously!! How stubborn is this kid?!?!?! Yes, I do see the irony. That nut did not fall far from the tree. I Will Win! However, I continue to send an updated picture of Winston throughout the house everyday, with a touching note about how hurt he is that Zac won’t acknowledge him. I WILL WIN!! I even roped The Husband into helping me. He built me a stand so that now Winston can stand ANYWHERE!!! Baaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaa. This will open up a WHOLE other bunch of photo opportunities! You’ll notice Winston got tatted up too. (I AM HYSTERICAL!! REALLY!! I’m a funny bi^&@^$ just don’t ask Zachary… or The Husband….. just take my word for it. I AM FUNNY! Okay, Peanuts!…

$50 Your Way Giveaway September 2022!
Happy September Giveaway little Peanuts. Here is my monthly update. August was a pretty busy month. I finally got back to work in my garden. Let’s just say it’s a big dead piece of land and not really a garden. But, all weeds are pulled. Everything has been trimmed back. I dug up some of my lavender plants and planted them in different places. It worked wonderfully last year so I’m hoping for the same next spring. Only a small amount of touch-up left to do and this year is done. I also cleaned up my little roll-top desk. (Refresher, my Grandpa built this little roll-top desk for my Mom in 1939. My Mom used it, I used it, my sisters, and brothers used it. My daughter Selena and son Zachary used it. Then granddaughter Alice used it. I decided to try the fad I’ve seen on Instagram where people are stripping furniture with oven cleaner. I decided to try it on the underside of the little chair. I was in LOVE with the look!! In progress; I admit I was SCARED!! I am giddy with the way this turned out!!! Even took the cigarette burn my Dad left on…
$50 Your Way Giveaway August 2022
Here is my July Giveaway update from on top of the mountain in Sandpoint Idaho. The beginning of the month was a whirlwind. The Husband has been sick, MS and Covid do NOT mix well. Mid July I had originally planned to take visiting Granddaughter Alice home, stay a week and visit family and friends before returning home. Welllll, that was not meant to be. The Husband could not be left alone longer than a day, even that was tricky. So, Alice and I flew to sunny California, I dropped the kid at the curb, hugged the son-in-law. Hugged the kid and immediately got on a plane back to Idaho. That my friends made for a long day. Less than a week after returning Mother Nature found Idaho and turned on the heat. NOOOO not when Alice was here so we could kayak! No, the month she was here we were wearing wool socks and sweaters! She did help me review the newest NOVICA goodie box. If I had been that Mega Millions Billionaire I would be installing air-conditioning ASAP. It’s hot up here! The heat is NOT good for MS. (Or cranky Non) GIVEAWAY TIME I truly am thankful…
