Newport Skinny Tea Review

When Peanut Butter and Whine started, it was all about dieting. I lost weight. I felt great. I looked great. Then I retired. Ummm hummm I think retirement comes with poundage. I’m almost positive it starts with the congratulations on your retirement cake, and you gain 10 pounds. Then comes sitting on my butt more often and a 10-pound gain. Then comes the let’s eat out tonight and 10 pounds phase. Everything came with 10 pounds. Until I was 50 pounds heavier. UGH!!! A few months ago I started making a conscious effort to lose weight. Eating healthier and making lifestyle changes (I can’t call it a diet! Or I’ll go crazy!!) 22.3 pounds gone but then I started to plateau losing is going slower and slower; so when I was offered the chance to review Newport Skinny Tea I JUMPED!! (I mean seriously, who wouldn’t!)

“Newport Skinny Tea is dedicated to helping you become your authentic, blissful self, whatever that means to YOU! We are a company that believes ancient herbs & teas are the most effective, safest way to get to the most vital, beautiful you.”

I bet you’re wondering what makes Newport Skinny Tea so special. Let’s start with taste first, because let’s face it if it doesn’t taste good you won’t drink it. I’ve tried several Newport teas. Starting with Newport Skinny Daytime Tea YUM!!! This one has Oolong Tea, Green Tea, Peppermint Leaf, Hibiscus Flowers, Star Anise, Rose Hips, Cinnamon Bark, Stevia Leaf and so much more!! The tea tastes great and doesn’t taste like a diet tea at all!! (Although, I am not certain what a diet tea would taste like…. )  Steep 1 tablespoon in 1 cup of water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drink 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast and lunch.  You can adjust the strength as needed.  The tea tastes so great I don’t need honey or sweetener. I get no jitters, no racing heartbeat just not as hungry which is AWESOME and I had great energy levels!!  I love this tea! The taste is rich and well, amazing.

Drink Daytime Tea for 3 weeks then follow by a week of rest.

The Newport Skinny Evening Tea again 1 tablespoon of loose tea steeped for 3 to 5 minutes in a cup of boiling water. Drink a cup at night after dinner. This tea is caffeine free and has Roobios Tea, Dandelion Leaf, Lotus Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Lemon Grass, Hibiscus Flowers, Lemon Peel, Rose Hips. This tea is full of scrupulousness!! This is the perfect tea to relax with.  Start with every other night then go to nightly. Again drink for 3 weeks then follow by a week of rest. This is a great detox tea.

This is a wonderful mix of natural tea and herbs that helps that helps you to removes the toxins and harmful materials from your body quickly. Besides detoxification, Newport Skinny Tea has numerous benefits such as:

* Promoting weight loss through using food more efficiently
* Increasing metabolic rate

Next up is the Corona del Mar Paleo Lean Tea, another caffeine-free tea that you can drink anytime during the day. I keep a glass of this one on ice to sip all day long! This one reduces my cravings for sugar!! Carbs too but sugar is my weakness.

With Lavender Flowers, Stevia Leaf, Red Clover Blossoms, Papaya Leaf, Calendula Flowers, Spearmint Leaf, Green Roobios Tea, Orange Peel, Blackberry Leaf you can just imagine how wonderful this tea smells and tastes equally as wonderful.

Again, 1 tablespoon of loose leaf tea in your infuser in 1 cup boiling water and steep for 3 to five minutes. Enjoy.

WHINES

The taste is amazing. The ingredients are wonderful. I am officially down 26.6 pounds now and back on track to losing the rest of this weight. This tea is wonderful for gently flushing out toxins and such, daily!! My stomach is definitely less bloated (Which is where I carry the most of my weight). These teas are specifically created to assist detoxification as quickly as possible.

Three magic ingredients present in the Newport Skinny teas work synergistically to influence your body’s metabolic and nervous system to help you get healthier. The three ingredients that are present in green and black teas from the Camellia Sinensis plant are caffeine, L-theanine and epigallocatchin-3-gallate (EGCG).

Each ingredient in our blend has a degree of efficiency in helping the body become healthier, but it is the combination of the ingredients together that really gives Newport Skinny Tea its cleansing punch. Tea, alone, is really a miracle plant which is made by nature not by chemicals. Study after study shows the role tea plays in keeping us healthy and it is significant.  The other herbal ingredients are equally as impressive, but perhaps less studied and common, than tea, information about them can be found on the ingredient benefits page. A very interesting read!

Updating my blog’s SEO has officially entered the same category as cleaning behind the refrigerator. Necessary. Noble. Slightly horrifying. 🧹✨

Because nothing says “fun afternoon” like opening a five year old post and discovering half the images have vanished, three links lead to businesses that now exist only in memory, and somewhere deep in the code lives a font choice I definitely made during a caffeine spiral.

Welcome to my glamorous life.

Recently, I decided it was time to “freshen things up.” You know, a light polish. A little dusting.

Instead, I uncovered what I can only describe as The Ghost of PBnWhine Past.

This sneaky little phantom floats through my blog at night deleting pictures like a Victorian librarian with a grudge.

“Oh, you liked that step by step craft tutorial with helpful photos?”
Poof. Gone.

“That product review with beautifully staged shots?”
Vanished into the ether.

Now posts look like:

Step 1: Do the thing
Step 2: [image missing]
Step 3: Trust me

Very helpful. Ten out of ten. No notes.

And don’t get me started on the links.

Nothing keeps you humble like clicking a reference and landing on:

Error 404: This business has retired to Florida.

Apparently half the companies I worked with have closed, rebranded, or transformed into something called “Crypto Spoon AI Wellness Collective.” Time is wild.

So here I am, updating old posts like an archaeologist with Wi-Fi. Replacing images. Fixing links. Adding keywords. Whispering sweet nothings to Google like, “Please notice me. I have snacks.”

It’s not glamorous work, but it does make the blog faster, prettier, and easier to find. Which means more crafts, more reviews, more giveaways, and fewer digital tumbleweeds rolling through the pages.

So if you see me muttering at my laptop and chasing imaginary ghosts with a broom made of metadata, just know I’m not losing it.

I’m “optimizing.”

Which is blogger for: battling invisible spirits, resurrecting broken links, and bribing search engines with fresh content.

Totally normal behavior.
