What’s Coming In 2018 For LEGOLAND CA?!?! I Got The Scoop!!
Yesterday, Thursday (8/24/17) My friend Sandy and I grabbed our Granddaughters Alice & Ashley (ya know the BFF’s 4-ever-girls!) and headed to a press conference where LEGOLAND® California Resorts General Manager Peter Ronchetti announced 2018 will be a year of enormous growth! I’ve said time and time again, LEGOLAND never stops coming up with fun and unique experiences for families. There are so many cool things coming in 2018. In January, a new 4-D movie launches. In the spring the LEGOLAND Castle Hotel opens! BTW you can start making reservations in September. The most exciting announcement was the, LEGO® City Deep Sea Adventure submarine ride that will open in the summer!! Check this OUT!!! LEGO® City Deep Sea Adventure is Merlin Entertainment’s single largest investment in any LEGOLAND® Park and will take passengers aboard a real submarine where they will be submerged underwater and immersed in an ocean habitat. “I’m extremely excited for our guests to experience LEGO City Deep Sea Adventure submarine ride,” said Ronchetti.…

CARLSBAD, Calif. (March 17, 2017) – Families can now spend their evening fully immersed in the world of LEGO® NINJAGO® at LEGOLAND® Hotel at LEGOLAND® California Resort! Starting today, guests can officially spend the night in the new fully-themed LEGO NINJAGO rooms before heading into the Park to enjoy the day in LEGO® NINJAGO® World and experiencing NINJAGO® The Ride. Guests can choose from 18 rooms and two suites to spend a night with Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, Lloyd, Nya and Master Wu. Each room is filled with 11 LEGO® NINJAGO inspired models. A normal week for Alice and I includes a LOT of activities! Last week Alice and I went and visited the brand new baby hippo at the San Diego Zoo. We went to Zoomar’s Petting Zoo and played with the Penny Pigs, the Alpacas, rode a horse and played in the corn. (For those of you that don’t speak Alice… Penny Pigs are Guinea Pigs; I’m going to be sad when Alice can actually pronounce Guinea Pig!) We rode the carousel at San Diego Safari Park and stood in line for over an hour to visit the Butterfly exhibit. While in line we touched everything from rocks to trash! From the chain fence to the bugs on the ground. We played with Miss Vivian’s new baby chicks and laughed hysterically when it pooped in our hands!
