Here we are yet again with another $50 #Giveaway. Another month down. Do you remember being 15 or 16 and thinking that time would just drag by? I thought I would never get to 21. Now, I swear even the clock goes faster! We are almost at 2022!! WHAT!??!!? So, my monthly ‘catch up’ chat doesn’t have much in the way of news. I’m hoping now that it’s almost Christmas time my funky mood will go away. I plan to decorate for Christmas starting today. Why? Because I can!! 2nd I don’t have much in the way of Thanksgiving décor. AND because since we are so remote, I don’t get a lot of company. IE no one ever comes over…… so HA! Oh yeah, oh yeah….. LOOK who remembered to post her giveaway on the first!!! I didn’t even need reminders from Sarah and Kate! HA!! I win! I actually said that a lot in July. The Grands were here and I was in G’ma HEAVEN!!! I miss that chaos. I needed that time with them! Even though I followed those two eating machines around for the first 2 days picking up wrappers and trash. Then The Non exploded. Looking up to the ceiling I YELLED “I don’t care which one’a youz are doin’ it. But the next candy, popsicle, snack wrapper I find NOT in the trash cans there will be nothing but carrots and apples as snacks!!” (I mean HELLO!! There are 4 trash cans in my craft room alone!!) It’s MARCH’s Giveaway!? I know, month after month and year after year I say the same thing! But, seriously WHERE IS TIME GOING!?!? During the month of February we finished both beams. The main floor and my craftroom look amazing! I started sorting our family boxes. Photos and art projects sorted and the scanning has begun! I splurged and bought myself a photo scanner. HOLY GUACAMOLE BATMAN this was one of the best investments I have ever made! Seriously, watch this thing! On to a question………… what do y’all think THIS is?? We caught it peeking in the front door too (on video but, no better pictures than this). But, no idea what it is!! Badger? Racoon? House cat? Bob Cat?? What is your guess? Welcome to my February Giveaway. Do you Little Peanuts remember when I used to be so organized?? Yeah… it’s been so long ME EITHER!!! I woke up this morning THE 1st! Realizing I didn’t add February’s monthly giveaway. Ackkkkkkk!!! HOW is this already FEBRUARY 1st?!?! What happened to March? Has to be the fact that I’m waist-deep in old photographs!! OR WAIT, WAIT!!! Wait it’s COVID brain!!!!! Buying any of that? I swear the older I get the faster time is flying by, that can’t just be me right?? My monthly update is pretty exciting. The beam that stretches across the entire main floor of the house had a makeover. This is a very large wooden beam and It was stained orange. Yes, orange. We covered it with barn wood blanks.
