I’m toning my abs while I drive! Or doing dishes. I’m working my abs as I watch television or play with the Grandkids, how can I whine about that!? This belt is doing the work!! I CONTROL the intensity. Note to self….. don’t crank the intensity up without working up to it! This is one very strong belt!! My advice is don’t try for a 150 intensity level your first day.
