I am completely addicted to Gorton’s Fish!! We ALWAYS have boxes in the freezer! We make the BEST fish tacos with Gorton’s! Top a salad, YUM!! This last week, we bought the Gorton’s GRILLED fish and I have to say, I didn’t believe that Gorton’s could top my favorite, the Crispy Battered Fish Fillets, but they DID!! Grilled Tilapia is delicious!! There are plenty of recipes for Grilled Tilapia, I’m a purist when it comes to Gorton’s. I like it just plain! It’s full of flavor, tender and delicious!! I did find a recipe I will try though! Mediterranean Style Grilled Tilapia Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Servings: 6 Place pancetta in a small saucepan along with olive oil. Over medium heat, cook the pancetta until crisp, about 7 minutes. Add balsamic, peppers and olives and cook for another 2 minutes, and allow to cool to room temperature. Prepare Gorton’s Signature Grilled Tilapia fillets according to package directions. Cool slightly. Place grilled fillets on 6 plates, top with vinaigrette and sprinkle with feta cheese.
