Living Life to the Fullest when Struggling with Your Mobility
When one is struggling with their mobility there can be good days and there can be bad days. You may struggle with learning how to use your scooter, lift chair, or wheelchair for example correctly, and at times it may be challenging. However the most important thing that you can do is to hold steadfast to those “good days.” While it may seem that your quality of life is diminished, that is far from the truth. You just have to learn to do things a bit differently than other people and thrive while learning. Have Pride We tend not to give ourselves enough credit when it comes to doing everyday tasks. We need to be proud of ourselves, no matter what. Change can be hard to adjust to, and that is a fact. Our bodies may not work in the most efficient way possible any longer, but we still get up and get on with our day each morning, and that is what is most important.
