I love journaling. I love writing my thoughts down with pen and paper. Writing them down in a beautifully crafted devotional journal? Even better!

I received a set of absolutely beautiful 365-Day Devotional Journals from Ellie Clair Gifts.

Opening the package immediately put a smile on my face! These journals are substantial in feel, afterall it is over 365 pages! The covers are stunning matte finish with glossy accents. Each of the three journals have a different design and different devotions to read and reflect on.

The acid-free, no bleed paper is heavy! Heavy enough to use markers and be able to write in your journal with decorative script or even doodles. Sometimes, you just want to add that little extra heart, arrow or smiley face. Right?

Each journal has a color coordinated ribbon to hold your place. AND a color coordinated elastic band that will hold the book shut. For me having the elastic band means that I can add a flower petal, note card, or photograph. That just makes my journal even more ME!

From the cover colors which are vibrant and pretty to the pages themselves the colors are rich and so pretty. The details are amazing. The Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus has a border along the bottom in a pretty peach color that matches the flowers on the cover. There are flowers in the corners that also match the cover. This particular journal is more on the feminine side (that’s just my opinion!) This is the one that I will gift to my new friend.

The Earth Is The Lord’s, and Everything In It journal has a vibrant pair of peacocks on the front. Peacocks and flowers in the corners. The colors are just so amazing!!

Peace Begins With Me is a marbled turquoise green cover and inside has matching slender border along the sides. This particular journal I believe would be a great gift for the men in your life.

INSIDE

Each journal has unique and passage for you to read and thoughts about that passage along with a writing prompt to help you. There are several blank lines in each journal; between 9 and 12 for you to write in.  The lines are widely spaced, so that it’s not overwhelming. Besides! It’s YOUR journal. Write as much or as little as you want!

Whines

I think anyone that uses a devotional journal would be hard pressed to find any whines with these journals. Mine looks amazing on my nightstand. I find it’s a great way to start my day.

I truly believe these are beautiful and easy to follow devotionals. Any one of these would make an amazing gift for that special person in your life.
