Bring on the Windex

Many Doctor visits again today. Still don’t have a lot of answers. More blood work and more changes on the dosages to the Coumidan. Best scenario is 2 weeks Dr puts DH in hospital gives him a mild sedative (NOT a laxative like I miss-spoke… haa haa very funny)

Second Dr has to look at the lump on DH’s neck…… which the whole time all I could see in my head was……..

I had a lump at the back of my neck, right here. Always, a lump. Then I started menopause and the lump got bigger from the “hormonees.” It started to grow.

So I go to the doctor, and he did the bio… the b… the… the bios… the… b… the “bobopsy.” Inside the lump he found teeth and a spinal cord. Yes. Inside the lump was my twin.

But it’s okay I have the WINDEX out!! I can cure this lump right now.

I really had no idea that heart problems could drag out so long and with no real news! SO much of a waiting game. (And if you know me you know JUST how patient I am NOT!!)

I really HATE being in limbo land I’m much to much of a control freak for this crap!!!!! Suspended animation may look great in movies but in real life?? NOT SO MUCH!!!

I’m Refreshing My Blog (and Exorcising Some Digital Ghosts)

Updating old blog content is like digital archaeology—except I’ve unearthed a full-on resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine.

This digital poltergeist has been causing absolute chaos behind the scenes. If things look a little haunted around here, here is the proof:

• The Vanishing Act: The ghost keeps deleting my best images and video tutorials, leaving behind sad, empty boxes.
• The Link Graveyard: It’s been sneakily stripping away my trusted brand partners and replacing them with sketchy “AI Crypto” links.
• Font Sabotage: Apparently trapped in 2001, it keeps reverting my clean layout back to “Geocities-era” antique fonts.

My 2026 Blog Refresh Plan

To banish these spirits and keep my traffic climbing, I’m launching a step-by-step exorcism plan:

1. Exorcise the 404s: Running a broken link checker to track down every dead end and missing image.
2. Modernize Recommendations: Swapping out outdated products for my absolute 2026 essentials.
3. SEO Deep Clean: Refreshing metadata and strategically placing focus keywords.
