Christmas Gift Ideas For Your Mother-in-Law and a Plea For HELP!!!
I know some gals are lucky to have an amazing Mother-in-Law. (I was NOT lucky… a whole other whine there. Suffice to say, I was despised by my in-laws. I KNOW!! I’m a SHOCKED as you are!!) HOWEVER, some gals LOVE their Mother-in-Law. For instance, I’m a JOY as a Mother-in-Law. Honest!! ANYWAY, I thought I would share a few Christmas Gift Ideas. As Christmas approaches, it’s important to show appreciation for your (NICE, loving) MIL with thoughtful gifts that will make her feel loved and valued. On the other hand, if she is …. hummmm, okay Connie, how to tactfully say what you REALLY want to say like the G version “witch from hell?” The Evil and Wicked MIL My first piece of advice if she is NOT the MIL of your dreams is to buy YOURSELF a gift. A nice gift. Something that will make you happy. You can buy her a McDonalds gift card. They have them…

What’s in the Craft Room Today? Chaos That’s What!!
It has been quite a while since I’ve shown y’all what I’m creating for the craft fair. Which by the way is only NINE days away! OH NO!!! I’m still creating items to sell. My Craft Items I’ve got mugs, tumblers, t-shirts, slate signs, chapstick/lipstick holders, bottle holders, earrings, faux leather covered notebooks, Stanley Cup Charms, bookmarks, porcelain ornaments, wallets that attach to the back of your phone, and car coasters. WHEW! After I typed that all out I feel pretty good about the variety of items. I’m going to sprinkle some photos around now. This is such a HUGE difference from my very first craft fair where I had 10 t-shirts! Yes, that was all I had. Great news is I sold them all. Keep your fingers crossed I sell a lot this year. I’m creating things for a local craft show in Sandpoint, Idaho. PSNI (Panhandle Special Needs Inc) is hosting this event. Crafters can set up their…

What’s On My Crafting Table Today……….
Hello Little Peanuts. If you are new here WELCOME! If you’ve been around awhile you know that I am a bit (pfttttt A LOT) of a procrastinator. I tend to wait until the last minute to finish things. This year I need to be crafting year around. For instance, the Christmas Craft Fair here in Sandpoint Idaho, I decided a week before the fair started to dip my toe in. I made a dozen Christmas themed t-shirts. I had always made t-shirts for family and friends. Mostly Granddaughter Alice. She cried UNCLE! No more t-shirts!! I really didn’t expect any of the shirts to sell. Not only did they sell, but, I sold ALL my T-shirts in the first week. WHAT?!?! I was giddy. I sold STUFF!!! So, now?? NOW, I plan to really make an effort. I also know I don’t want to wait until October to start. I need to have plenty of stock ready to sell. I…

Craft-Room Tuesday
I wanted to share what I am working on in the craft-room. First, I couldn’t take it anymore. Last weeks weird felting thing (truly don’t even know what to call it or where I was going with it!) but, it had to go. Now it’s a fat Santa. He still needs some work but at least he is no longer a weird whatever that was last week!! I finished Alice’s blanket. It’s soft, cuddly and ohhh sooo warm! I really hated for it to end, but I immediately started another one. I am sooooo addicted to knitting these blankets! Especially since it’s so cold here in Sandpoint. I started working on another cowl in such beautiful colors! I’m really liking these soft yarns. I am testing out some new Cricut cutting blades for my vinyl. Blades can get expensive. So yes, I jumped on 45 of them for under $14! I tested them with glitter vinyl which is the hardest…

EVEN Better Crafty Little Me!!
This week has already been AWESOME!!! I woke up today with a message that I won the MEGA Craft Bundle VI from DesignBundles.net HELLO, crafty little me! So, ya know what that means? It means it’s time to get craftin’! I see so many things that I want to make RIGHT NOW!!!!! I really love designing tumblers so I decided this would be my first project from The Mega Craft Bundle. First, I can’t say enough good things about these particular tumblers. I just keep coming back to this particular brand because they have a slide over the opening which I like a lot! Especially during bug season! UGH! Bugs in my coffee? No thank you. I snagged the blue 12-ounce tumblers this time. I’m thoroughly impressed at how long cold drinks stay cold. Hot drinks stay hot. With Schiipper tumblers my ice cubes melt so slowly. I love having a cup full of ice at the end of my…
