Still working on my habit of blogging more consistently, I thought something like a Photo-A-Day challenge would work. It’s only day 3 so…. it’s going GREAT! (yes, again with the sarcasm!) 31 days of pictures inside my amazing craft-room. Today’s photo prompt is Childhood Memory. This is one of my favorite pictures of my Dad and I. Me in my little fur coat. Ohhhhh how I wish I had adult fur coat NOW!! My Dad and his best bud Fred Fin. How great is this frame?? It blends with the whole industrial theme of my craft room. Well, Bear IS 7 months old today sooooooooooo (Technically, this is cheating because I post about a million pictures of Bear) So, I have another ANIMAL from my office to post as well. Bear is waving HELLO Peanuts! My dinosaur! He’s been with me for decades! So, ANIMAL! I am trying to get back into my habit of blogging more consistently, I thought something like a Photo-A-Day challenge would work. We’ll see how this goes! To make it a little harder I thought I would take those pictures inside my amazing craft-room. (And because there is a LOT of snow outside!) Today’s photo prompt is Something Colorful. This was harder than I thought it would be. After wandering around my craft room snapping several pictures I finally settled on my little footstool. It’s colorful, bright and makes me happy! Do you know why adults still sleep with cuddly toys? Whether you call them stuffed toys, cuddly toys or even plain old teddy bears, most of us associate the soft animal companions we used to go to bed with as children with exactly that; being children. There’s no written rule anywhere, but the general consensus at some point between being a child and becoming an adolescent, our cuddly friends should either be given away or go into storage, because we’re growing up and we no longer need them. That isn’t necessarily the case. Many of you reading this will still have at least one stuffed toy on your bed. Some of them might even have several. Don’t mention it to anybody because you think it’s weird. You hide them when other people are coming to your home. You no longer have to do that; chances are, whoever your guest is has a secret cuddly toy of their own.
