My doctor said eating right doesn’t have to be complicated and it would solve my physical problems. He said just think in colors… Fill your plate with bright colors… + greens, + yellows, + reds, + etc. So I went right home and ate an entire bowl of: And sure enough, I felt better immediately. The days of watching Disney cartoons with my kids are long gone. So, when my 30-year-old son for instance says “Mom, you wanna see something hilarious?!?!” it usually means watching something that will make me cringe. Tonight was video clips from Tosh.0.
