    Legoland California with Hilary Duff

This is the first year in I don’t know how long Alice and I missed the tree lighting at LEGOLAND California. Poor Alice is so sick, so sick in fact that she decided to share with The Non. Why not right? So we cough and cuddle. LOVIN’ the cuddle time, hating this cough! Here is what we missed at LEGOLAND California on the 27 of November. CARLSBAD, Calif. Duff, popularly known as a star on the critically-acclaimed and buzzy TV Land series “Younger,” spent the day enjoying all the attractions at LEGOLAND with her son and family before heading to the giant LEGO® Christmas tree for the evening’s festivities. “We feel so fortunate to be at LEGOLAND California Resort, “ said Duff. “We spent the whole day…

  • MIRA Food Jar at The San Diego Safari Park!!

Last week was Summer Camp at the San Diego Safari Park, or as the natives call it, The Wild Animal Park. This was so much fun!! Alice is only 3, that means she has to have someone with her every day. In the heat. Safari Park was HOT as in the high 90s all week. No shade. Just heat!! We saw animals up close! We learned about lots of great animals! We even saw the TIGERS up close!! REALLY close in the new Tiger enclosure!! The tiger picture isn’t cropped at all. That’s how close we were!! With all the walking we did, snack time was high on my favorite part of the day. What a total and complete JOY it was to have our MIRA INSULATED Lunch Jar with us. HOLY MOLY!! Even in the heat. All day. In my backpack!! Our fresh fruit was still cold!! What a JOY that was!! Yes, other campers were jealous! Healthy Lunches and Snacks!…

  • SnoozeShade Review

Hello SnoozeShade, where have you been since Alice arrived??!! First thing to love about the SnoozeShade is the little net carrying case. That’s just the first of a hundred different reasons to love the SnoozeShade. SnoozeShade has 6 elastic double snap tabs that ensures the fit. I can cover the top of the stroller and past Alice’s feet if I want with the SnoozeShade. There is a zipper in front that you can check on your little one. An adorable message on the front reads “I’m Catchin’ some Z’s” SnoozeShade is a breathable sun and sleep shade. It blocks 97.5% of the sun’s UV rays Proven to help babies sleep on the go. I will attest to that fact!! Close the SnoozeShade and Alice is O-U-T!!! The SnoozeShade protects from the sun, wind, chill and mosquitoes! One size fits all strollers. From the inside Alice can see the outside world!! Even with the zipper closed. Check out all the awards…

  • I love me a car chase!!!

I seriously will stop everything to watch a car chase!! My favorite all time car chase was here in San Diego in the 80’s when the chase pulled into a gas station and did a TIME-OUT hand signal to the police. I about peed my pants, I was laughing so hard!!! (ummm for the record, the chasie did not get his timeout and was PISSED!!!) Let’s Ask Google To Swing Around Here Again I’ve been dusting off my older blog posts like a librarian with a latte and a mission, fluffing keywords, fixing links, and giving everything a fresh coat of “Hey Google, notice me!” sparkle. A little polish goes a long way, and suddenly those forgotten gems are back on stage, jazz hands and all. So while you’re wandering around PeanutButterAndWhine.com, pretend you’re helping me wave a tiny flag at Google. “Over here! Fun stuff lives here!” While you’re clicking, don’t miss my monthly $50 Your Way Giveaway…
