Being a kid is, at times very boring! Sitting in the backseat, being driven around, errand after errand is B-O-R-I-N-G!!! It also makes for one cranky kid! I try very hard to make sure my iPad is always charged when I know that Alice and I will be in the car for long periods. Today, was one of those days! Running around, waiting in the car, shopping……today had all the makings for a two year old’s meltdown. Meltdown averted due to Live Colors for Kids. This is a super cute coloring app that targets preschool aged kids. Alice is a week away from turning three and she LOVES Live Colors for Kids!!
Not only does this app help develop kid’s artistic talents, but inspires them to be creative!! This app teaches fine motor skills, like coloring inside the lines. This app teaches kids to mix colors to create different colors. Right now there are 6 basic colors available, but in the app kids can mix colors in a mixing tray endlessly discovering various tones. Alice is learning, being creative AND having a great time too!!
This app has beautiful, bright colors! There are 20 animated coloring pages that made Alice giggle and laugh! Alice can color in the pictures in the app OR she can create her own design.
The pictures that Alice colors are automatically saved to her gallery. I love this! Mom gets to see Alice’s artwork too! Being able to print the art work is yet another reason to love about this app!! Course, I can also post all the artwork to Facebook, Instagram, Vkontakte, Email, Flickr and Twitter! When you email the pictures the subject line reads “See my little one’s masterpiece made in “Live Colors for Kids”! That’s so cute!
Live Colors for Kids is available in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Simplified & Traditional Chinese
