Don’t you just love the internet? You can find information about absolutely EVERYTHING!! I was looking for help with my feet, these puppies have a lot of hiking to do in Yosemite. Alpine Lakes Gear Loop Bands!!
For me, 2014 is allllllllll about losing weight and getting toned!! I love finding new and REALLY easy ways to get my exercising in. This one is easy because it’s so portable!!!!!!!!!! 3 little bands that I could even carry in my purse if I wanted!! I can do these exercises ANYWHERE!! They are from AlpineLakesGear a set of 3 resistance loop bands. I started out using the green bands which are the lightest, I thought for sure this one would be super easy to workout with. Welllllll, I was wrong!! Even the light gives you a great workout!! Each of the bands are 10″ around and 2 inches wide. My five favorite exercise with the loop bands is a lateral Band Walk, put both feet into the loop and walk sideways. Add a squat half way through. It sounds easier than it is!! Trust me!!
