I’m hungry!
Have you ever had a day that you can’t get enough eat? Well, that’s me today!! I want food. A LOT OF FOOD! Itried extra water, I ate more fruit, drank more water….. had a handful of almonds….. more fruit…. a spoon of peanut butter and more water. I think just going to bed and sleeping it off that might be my smartest move. Otherwise Wednesdays post will be FULL of excuses or ummm MISSING!!!!! Today was my weekly phone call with Tyler at WellStrong Fitness. He was going to give me more diet tweaks to do but then heard how much weight I lost this week and decided I was doing just fine for right now. YEA ME!!!
