Custom dietary supplements Mixturam.com!

I designed my OWN supplement from Mixturam! Yup, I personally designed my supplement with ingredients that I wanted in a supplement. Mixturam is Europes first custom dietary supplements producer. They have now expanded to the USA, Canada and Australia!! I was thrilled to be chosen to review Mixturam for myself.

Mixturam

How it works

You get to choose the combination of extracts, vitamins and herbs, Mixturam then produces the supplement and ships to me.

Mixturam takes into account allergies and intolerances that you may have.

Step One

You start with the Adviser area and put in your age, height and weight. Then add your concerns, joint pain, stress, memory loss…… there are 16 different choices. Then add your allergies and intolerance’s. Then click “Generate My Supplement”

The next page you design the supplement. Pick from the available ingredients on the left. Each ingredient has a list of what the ingredient helps with.

Ordering

The ordering process was super fast!! Delivery did take around 5½ weeks. Considering it comes from the Czech Republic that’s not too bad.

I am thrilled at my new way of getting premium supplements, I’m completely in charge! Mixturam double checks my order for safety then mails it out.

Bottomline

I love that I am the one that designed the supplement. I know what is in it. I take the supplement in the morning and I am truly NOT  hungry!!  On Saturday at dinner I realized that I had not had anything to eat all day!! ALL DAY!! That has never EVER happened to me before!! I never, NEVER forget to eat!!  I’m giving Mixturam and my very own supplement 2 very enthusiastic thumbs WAY, WAY UP!!!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I’m Refreshing My Blog (and Bust Ghosts)

Updating old content is a bit like digital archaeology: you head in to dust the archives and end up unearthing questionable life choices from 2016. Between the over-filtered photos and advice that’s aged like room-temperature milk, the past can be… loud.

Lately, I’ve been dealing with a resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine. This digital poltergeist has been busy:

  • The Vanishing Act: Deleting images and leaving empty boxes where tutorials used to be.
  • The Link Graveyard: Swapping brand partners for sketchy “AI Crypto” links.
  • Font Sabotage: Reverting modern text to “Geocities-era” antique fonts.

How to Refresh Your Blog (and Bust Ghosts)

I’m giving my archives a facelift to keep my blog traffic climbing. Here’s the plan:

  1. Exorcise 404s: Use a plugin to find and fix dead links.
  2. Update the “Now”: Swap 2019 recommendations for 2026 essentials.
  3. Spruce up Metadata: Ensure the focus keyword (blog) is in headers and the first paragraph for maximum SEO impact.

Stick Around!

Don’t let this be a “one and done” visit. While I’m cleaning house, check out these (very much alive) links:

Earn Cash: Some things never go out of style. Rakuten still pays you to shop, and in this economy, why wouldn’t you take the free money?
