Father’s Day Pick!! Nuts! Trailmix! Fresh! Delicious!

Oh my gosh! Dad will go NUTS over these delicious goodies. I know… I know.. but I still laughed! Yes, I still think I’m a funny girl!

The Husband and I are huge fans of trail mix, cashews, nuts, almonds. They are truly our main snacking food. So we were very excited to sample these tasty treats from Sugar Plum Chocolates. Absolutely delicious AND would make great gifts too!! I actually sang “Happy Father’s Day to you” as I unwrapped these tasty treats!!

Let me share with you this amazing array of nuts and trail mix and each one beautifully wrapped with ribbon, truly ready for gift giving.

First up is The Personal Trail Mix Tower. Again, as will all of the Sugar Plum Chocolates fruits and nuts these are made in small batches for superior freshness.

This Personal Mix Tower comes in a tower, each of the three boxes are taped shut. The boxes are attached with a very sticky glue, but they do separate easily. All three boxes are tied together with a thin purple ribbon tied into a bow. Cute!!

The boxes each contain a different mix. From the Wild Berry Mix, Banana Strawberry Mix to the Tropical Mix of roasted pecans and almonds to pineapple, mango, cashews. YUM!! So fresh, so delicious!! Truly you’ll be able to taste the difference in every bite!

This tower of deliciousness includes three 4-ounce portions of: Wild Berry Mix made up of roasted almonds, pepitas, blackberries, cranberries, and blueberries; Banana Strawberry Mix made of roasted cashews and almonds along with dried banana and strawberry bits; and one Tropical Mix made of roasted pecans and almonds alongside of dried pineapple, mango, and cranberry bits- all topped off with a generous sprinkling of coconut! This trail mix sampler is sure to turn even the most indifferent average Joe into a serious nuthead.

My only regret with Hand-Infused Irish Stout Peanuts is that I opened these with The Husband sitting next to me; cause these are GOOOOOD!!! Really, REALLY GOOD!!! These are beer nuts with serious crunch! Kettled cook peanuts. You can see the crispy super outer coating, the peanuts have a very light stout taste. Don’t those look delicious?? The keepsake tin arrives wrapped in a brown bow. Inside nestled in brown tissue paper are two cellophane wrapped packages. Which I love because the nuts stay fresh longer. (Note, they won’t last through the week. They are THAT good!)

Hand-Infused Irish Stout Peanuts that’s sure to turn even the most indifferent average Joe into a serious nuthead. Have you ever experienced what happens when rich, dark and roasty Irish stout meets the crispy crunch of kettle-cooked peanuts, all expertly roasted in small batches by hand in our kitchens? Let us tell you- it is a one-of-a-kind experience that you will not find anywhere else.

Next up another tin; this one is the Craft Beer-Infused Peanut Duo. Serious, why would I even open this in front of The Husband!?! There will be a fight over these! Delicious! Fresh, large peanuts, crunchy sweetness outside with a slight beer taste.

This set comes in a silver tin and wrapped in a brown bow. Inside again nestled in brown tissue paper are two cellophane bags of nuts. (So at this point you would think, hey! One for her, one for him. You would be wrong! MINE! Mine! ALL MINE!!) These guys aren’t kidding when they say you’ll never be satisfied going back to any regular ol’ nuts ever again.

Remember the good ol’ days when you’d stroll into your favorite watering hole, pull a familiarly well-worn stool up to the bar to have a seat, and your wisened barkeep would toss down a coaster, pull a perfect draft, and give you a basket of peanuts to munch on while the time and conversations pass?

We sure do, and that is why we wanted to partner with Susquehanna Brewing Company, a company who knows a little something about old-school beer tradition, to reinvent the beer nut experience with our SBC Nut Duo Tin.

Featuring our hand-roasted, kettle-cooked nuts and two of their insanely good brews, Hopcellerator West Coast IPA and Pils Noir Schwarzbier, these nuts are amazing on their own. Last and most definitey not least The Deluxe 5-Variety Trail Mix Sampler

Another Sugar Plum Chocolates array of goodies but this time an added bonus of a wooden shadow box keepsake. The presentation is beautiful with bags of different trail mixes, nut mixes and fruits mixes nestled in crinkled kraft brown confetti paper, wrapped in cellophane and tied with a beautiful bow; the presentation is just beautiful.

Again, everything at Sugar Plum Chocolates are made in small batches so that everything is truly fresh. You will be able to taste the difference.

The 5 Variety Trail Mix sampler has something for everyone. Whether you want nuts or dried fruits. My favorite? The mix with the BIG chunks of pineapple and cashews!! Mix in coconut, kiwi and peanuts. So GOOD!!! SOOOO GOOD!!

Overall?  Not a bad nut in the batch!! I am thoroughly pleased. From shipping, presentation to the delicious fresh mixes of nuts and trail mix. YUM! YUM! YUM!!
