Online Gym, WorkoutsOnDemand.com

I was THRILLED to be given the opportunity to review WorkoutsOnDemand.com! I am going to whine about exercise now. I hate to go to the gym! I don’t want to exercise in front of ANYONE!  Except baby Alice!!

With my subscription to WorkoutsOnDemand.com I am in charge!! I can take the class on my iPad. LOVEEEEEEEEE that!!!  I can exercise anyWHERE and ANYTIME I want!!  I can exercise in the hotel room when I travel. I can exercise on the patio!

There are so many perks! Including over 200 classes to choose from.  I can download classes to my iPad or laptop so I can take a class when I don’t have internet access.

I can do yoga! I LOVE the express Yoga classes!! Pilates!!  Killer Abs!!  Kickboxing, Cardio Dance the list goes on!! 200 classes worth!! Short on time?? NO PROBLEM there are tons of 6 minute, 7 minute and 10 minute workouts.  I LOVE that!!

Videos are clear and easy to follow.  There are lots of different instructors, you are sure to find your perfect class.

I’m a total beginner and yet I found plenty of videos I could do. Are you an advanced exerciser?? My hats off to you!! TONS of videos for you too.  The instructors show how to do each exercise. The music matches the class, but doesn’t drown out the instructor.  Biggest plus??  My subscription is so reasonable!!

The premium membership with all the perks is only $12.99 a month BUT go RIGHT NOW and sign up for 55% off!!  That means you’ll get a Premier Membership for $5.85.  WOW!!  You can’t beat that price!!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I’m Refreshing My Blog (and Exorcising Some Digital Ghosts)

Updating old blog content is a lot like digital archaeology. You head into the archives expecting to dust off a few old tutorials, and you end up unearthing questionable life choices from seven years ago. Between the aggressively over-filtered photos and advice that has aged like room-temperature milk, the past can be… loud.

But lately, I haven’t just been fighting my own cringey archives. I’ve been dealing with a full-on resident spirit: The Ghost of Peanut Butter and Whine.

This digital poltergeist has been causing absolute chaos behind the scenes, and frankly, its taste in content is terrible. If you’ve noticed things looking a little haunted around here, here is the proof:

  • The Video & Image Vanishing Act: Our resident ghost has been deleting my best images and helpful video tutorials, leaving behind sad, empty boxes where vibrant content used to live.
  • The Link Graveyard: In a truly sinister move, the spirit has been sneakily stripping away my trusted brand partners and replacing them with sketchy “AI Crypto” links. (I love peanut butter, but I am not shilling digital coins, I promise!)
  • Font Sabotage: Apparently, this ghost is trapped in 2001 because it keeps reverting my clean, modern text back to “Geocities-era” antique fonts.

My 2026 Blog Refresh Plan

I’m giving my archives a much-needed facelift to keep my blog traffic climbing and my readers happy. If you want to boost your own site’s performance, updating old blog content is the ultimate secret weapon.

Here is my step-by-step exorcism plan:

  1. Exorcise the 404s: I’m running a rigorous broken link checker to track down every dead end, missing video, and broken image this ghost left behind.
  2. Modernize the Recommendations: It’s time to swap out outdated products from years ago for my absolute 2026 essentials.
  3. SEO Deep Clean: I’m updating my metadata and ensuring my focus keywords are strategically placed in the headers and introduction for maximum search engine impact.

Stick Around Please!

Don’t let this be a “one and done” visit. While I’m cleaning house and banishing spirits, check out these (very much alive) links:

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner: Check out the sidebar for my current giveaway. I promise this one is fully alive, kicking, and ghost-free!

Earn Cash: Some things never go out of style. Rakuten still pays you to shop, and in this economy, who is turning down free money?
