YUMMMY Yummy Yummy in my tummy tummy tummy!! I found the best recipe for homemade sweet potato fries.

SO good!

Trust me! They are SO GOOD!!

Here is the recipe for Sweet Potato Fries:

1 big sweet potato is plenty for 2 people as a side.
Pre-heat the oven to 450
Don’t wash the sweet potato you want the potato to be as dry as possible. Peel the potato.(See?!?! There was no reason to wash that ‘tater anyway!)

Cut your fries.

We like ours a little thinner to get them a little more crispy. You can use a bowl (I like using a zip-lock bag …. less mess to clean up) add about 1/4 cup olive oil (I just eye ball it …. but, you want enough olive oil to coat the fries) a good sprinkling of sea salt and ground fresh pepper. This gives you a good mix of sweet, salty and a little bite as well. Shake that zip-lock bag of fries till they are all coated.

Spread them out on a cookie sheet with as few as possible touching (It just makes them more crunchy if they don’t touch each other)
Bake them 15 minutes on the first side.

Take the fries out and turn them over and back into the oven for another 15 minutes. That’s IT!! Super easy. Super TASTY!!
A little ranch dressing to dip your fries in and YUM YUM YUM!!! MAN I wish I had another sweet potato in the house! I’ll tell ya what… you make up a batch and I’ll taste test ’em for you. So ummm come on over. PLEASE?!
