Alice and I recently received the new book  “My Amazing Dad” to review and truly the timing couldn’t have been better with this story!! One of the pages reads “He has no idea how to fix a leaky faucet” until very recently this page would have been perfect for Alice’s Amazing Dad. My daughter and son-in-law have been have plumbing issues over the last couple of months that still has them living out of boxes! With plumbers and drywall guys in and out, Son-in-law Dan (very impressively) taught himself how to install a sink and cupboard for the bathroom! I have to give Dan a double thumbs up. It looks amazing and more importantly it works like a dream. My Amazing Dad is written by Ezekiel Kwaymullina and illustrated by Tom Jellett. This is a sweet book that reminds up that not all Dads are handymen, prompt or even good at everything. This is my very first Action Camera and I am having a blast with this!! Actually, I should say that 4-year-old Alice and I are having a blast! The PHONECT 4K WIFI Sport Waterproof Camera has its own waterproof housing it also comes with a couple of mounting devices, a charging cable, a battery and a quick start guide. You will have to purchase a microSD card. I ordered a 64GB one at the same time I ordered the PHONECT 4K WIFI Sport Waterproof Camera. I didn’t want to waste anytime getting started! We’ve had so much fun with action camera!! I’ve taken several videos from indoors to outdoors. I ordered a chest harness and attached that to Alice. How fun is that to see the world from her perspective! Getting started was super easy. Press the ON button after the camera turns on. Press and release the button twice for the menu screen which is very easy to navigate. One thing I want to note here is to turn OFF the auto shut off! Yes, tell Mom you are NUTS for her!! Come on….. that’s funny stuff!! Besides I just couldn’t resist! We are huge fans of trail mix, cashews, nuts, almonds all of it in this house. That’s our main snacking food here. So we were very excited to sample these tasty treats from Sugar Plum Chocolates. Absolutely delicious AND great gifts too!!
