New Planner Time!! Hello #PurpleTrail
Well, HECK! As of May 2023, Purple Trail is no longer in business. I did grab this planner, which is working well for me this year. Y’all remember last year when I had the opportunity to review PurpleTrail? Well, I used it all year, and it is truly my favorite planner to date, so I ordered one for this year too. I love a new planner. I have tried to use electronic calendars, but they just aren’t for me. I want a pretty planner. I want to make notes, I want to add stickers, I want… I want….I want….. As The Husband would say, ‘A bottomless pit of wants and needs’. Yup, that’s me. PurpleTrail is perfect for me. Why? Because I DESIGNED it for ME! After using my first one from October 2021 till now I found that there were a few things I write down every week, SO WHY NOT have PurpleTrail put it in the planner for me?!?!…

Steffen Jacobsen’s New Thriller “Trophy”
When I was supposed to be packing the house for our move I admit I was often sucked into Steffen Jacobsen’s Trophy. HOLY MOLY!!!! Talked about being hooked from the first page. DANG!! This book is not for the faint of heart. This book is fiction but with the way the world is progressing I’m sure there are some sick and twisted folks that could make the storyline happen. Trophy has the ultra rich stepping up from hunting animals for trophies to hunting people for sport. Wealthy and bored with hunting animals ultimate challenge is people. Trophy is so disturbing. Talking to Toddlers! Review and Giveaway!!
GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED I have to start with a funny…….. I’m admitting that I didn’t do the homework that I was supposed to do after listening to the first lesson. I started listening to the second lesson and got busted right away!! Chris Thompson the author Talking to Toddlers must have known I would skip it because he starts right out with “I want to make ABSOLUTELY sure that you did your homework from the last lesson. I’m sure you wouldn’t have moved on to this lesson without completing your homework. RIGHT??” FINE!! I felt so guilty I stopped the playback, and I went did the homework. You know, Chris was right doing the homework really did help. The homework is IMPORTANT!!! It triggers something in my head when dealing with the kids and I remember to try my new strategies.
