I’m going to share a recipe with you today that will make you say “Whhhaaaat???” But, WOW this is the easiest! The best tasting, truly THE ULTIMATE Party Meatballs I’ve ever tasted!! E-V-E-R!! This recipe is so simple. SO QUICK to make, that I promise you will always want to have these ingredients on hand!! I’m flabbergasted at exactly how easy this is to make!! With only 3 ingredients. Yup, you read that right THREE ingredients!! Start with Johnsonville Meatballs. These are new and fully cooked Italian Meatballs made with only the premium cuts of meat! NEVER any artificial flavors or colors. A 24 ounce bag is around $7.99. Add one 14 ounce can of Ocean Spray®’s cranberry sauce. That’s around $1.40 a can. Blueberry-Raspberry Oat Bars
Today Alice and NaNa made Blueberry-Raspberry Oat Bars. The recipe is from We Laugh, We Cry, We Cook (don’t forget! I’m giving away a copy!) YUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMM!! This is a perfect recipe to make with the help of little hands. You have to pat one layer into the pan. Ahhhhh Alice was in heaven!! Then adding the blueberries and raspberries is another perfect job for little hands. Seriously GOOD!! These are made with fresh or frozen raspberries and blueberries unsweetened. The whole recipe is made with just one cup of brown or coconut sugar. I was worried, that’s a lot of unsweetened fruit. But, I didn’t need to worry. These are perfect!! Country Bob’s Cookbook Review
I was so excited to find this beautiful cookbook in my mailbox! It’s truly the most beautiful cookbook I own!! Written around one of my favorite products!! Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce!! Y’all know how much I love Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce!! So, I knew everything in this cookbook would be great…… and so far everything we’ve made has been AWESOME!! We made the Southwestern Black Bean Stew. DeeeeeLIOUS!!!!!! Why? In the middle of summer did I start with a stew? Because, first, I actually had all the ingredients on hand! Second it’s a crockpot ‘make it and forget about it’ recipe!! My favorite kind of cooking! I would invite you for a bowl…. but there were no leftovers. I highly recommend the Southwestern Black Bean Stew. YUMMMMMM!!!! The entire cookbook is beautiful. The recipes are easy to follow. Some of the recipes have a quote from the Bible.
