Lizzie And Lou Seal Book Review
There are times when Alice and I love a book simply by the picture and the title. Seriously, how do you not laugh with THIS cover?? Lizzie with her red hair and oh that expression!! I swear I’ve seen 6-year-old Alice look at me like with that look……. daily! How cute is Lizzie!?!? Then there is Lou, a big (as in HUGE) blue inflatable seal. Lizzie loves her flip-flops; Dottie One and Dottie Two (very straight-faced Alice stated “Well, what else would you call polka-dotted flip-flops??!) and Lou Seal. Seriously, every time I say, read or type Lou Seal I laugh. That’s FUNNY!! Lizzie takes off from the family beach trailer down to the shore.
