I was so excited to be able to be part of the Smiley360 “Mission PAM”. Knowing full well I would WIN!! I received an exclusive PAM package consisting of a Pyrex glass dish, PAM cooking spray and a can of tomatoes. The “Mission”? Make your gooiest ‘stick to the pan’ recipe. I went into this challenge 100% positive that I would beat PAM hands DOWN!! HA!!! ON PAM!! I made my Mexican Casserole. It’s REALLY delicious!! HONEST! But the pan is always a soak over night nightmare! The full recipe is at the end of this post. Mix together all the ingredients together in a big bowl. Brown the chicken.…

Pumpkin’ pie cutie…..
I am soooo THANKFUL I had my kids when I was young cause HOLY MOLY I am EXHAUSTED!! She’s TEENY TINY BABY!!! She sleeps, eats and poops. Why am I sooooo exhausted?? Cutie pumpkin’ pie. But Alice did let me know even though I put her in a pumpkin costume she still loves me!!! See Dan?!?!? Alice LOVES it with Nonnie. (hummmm a smart woman would remove the picture above….. but nooo NOT me!!!!)

Halloween begins NOW!!!!!!!!!!!
So yesterday’s picture was just my way of saying “I can’t STAND it anymore!! I have to décorate for Halloween NOW!! RIGHT now!!” Then the day after Halloween I want to put up the Christmas Tree. This will be Baby T’s first Halloween and Christmas AND I will have Emma and Eli here TOO!! I can’t wait!! Loooooookie what I won!! THANK YOU Because Cheaper is Better. I won a Happy Owl iPad Clutch. How CUTE is this?!??! Yup, it’s as soft as it looks!! Inside is a soft suede. It’s just beautiful!! A place for my drivers license, credit cards, phone. 2 zipper sections for all those little items I take everywhere and all my tablet extra’s. And a shoulder strap. I love the little Happy Owl print inside. Such a cute touch!! Thank you Andrea and Happy Owl!!
