This video gives you some real perspective on the destruction of a Tsunami. I’ve never seen a video taken at eye level before.  It’s a long video. (A long scary video). The photographer has to keep moving up the stairs as the rushing ocean continues to rise and move everything by and on up the hill into the countryside.  Stick with this video, things get worse but it really puts perspective on the waters awesome power.

So I thought I would do a quick up date on my “back the truck up in the driveaway ‘win’.”  I decided to start 2012 at least a little less stress. December 31, 2011 I sent Christy at Sweet Posh Baby an email telling her I give up. I am not going to try and get the rest of my win. I wished her and her family well. I’m done.    Why?   It was a great mail day today!  I received my bracelet from Renee at Giveaways with Grace It’s so pretty! The bracelet is from the Beads for Learning The Leakey Collection. Thank you Renee!!  I love my new bracelet!! The second box contained a bunch of goodies and just in time! Salonpas is a pain relief patch.  My elbows have been hurting so badly today! Last time my elbows hurt this bad I blew up my heating pad in the microwave… yup yup… tried to get it REALLY hot and it backfired.  I haven’t gotten around to making a new heating pad yet, so these pain patches have helped…

I couldn’t have asked for a better day if I tried!! My whole family together! Warm enough outside to play in the water.  (BTW! who needs a kiddy pool if you have a big ‘ole bowl?!?!?) Great dinner and kids and babies that make you laugh till your stomach hurts!  You just canNOT ask for more than that!!

What a great day! Great friends and great FUN!!! Our family has the funniest most generous friends and family.  Thank you all!! So many great gifts.  So many cute and frilly little things! I can’t wait for this sweet little Granddaughter to arrive. I have to add one more THANK YOU to Nina at Pretty Little Products for BabyT’s “My beating heart” THANK YOU!!!
