I can NOT sleep unless the room is dark!! Even the little lights on the clock seem super bright, to me, at night.  I’ve tried so many eye mask before and they are either too tight or still manage to let light in. Then if I do manage to wear a sleep mask part of the night, they rub off all the expensive eye cream I use!!
