This use to be my favorite time of the month!! Unfortunately, Beauty Box 5 is no longer around. In July of 2017 Hurricane Henry hit Texas, Beauty Box 5 was one of the businesses that suffered. Most of which I have never tired before. The boxes make me feel special because, everything is for me! I’m the one getting spoiled. Not the kids, not DH, not the Grandkids, ME!! I sit at my computer a LOT! It seems that if I am not in front of my computer I’m in the car. Which equals a lot of sitting. My lower back pays the price. Check this Memory Foam Cushion, is a support seat pillow that is designed as coccyx cushion. The cushion is super thick, high density memory foam that provides firm support, while molding to the contours of your body for optimal comfort. When I say firm foam I mean…

Dream Essentials Sweet Dreams Sleep Mask Review
I can not sleep if there is any light in the room. I need a pitch dark room; unfortunately I live in Southern California there are lights everywhere!! Even shutters don’t keep out all the light. Then there is the clock light, the stupid red dot on the smoke detector, the fan has a glowing light; there are lights everywhere!! I’ve found a contoured sleep mask that fits comfortably all night long. What’s different about this eye mask is the recessed area for your eyes. I can’t sleep with anything touching my eyes. Yes, I know! I’m a bottomless pit of wants and needs. But, pressure on my eye just…

Benefits of Early Music Education
Research has shown that early exposure of children to music can improve their verbal intelligence in as little as 20 days of instruction. This exposure can be focused on the strengths or interests of each child. For example, for older children perhaps the music instrument is a violin or guitar, but for the pre-school aged children, simply playing with them and encouraging the exploration of imagination and curiosity will ignite many of the neural pathways that are mentioned in Dr. Sylvain Moreno’s work. Play is the language of learning and work for children. The quality of play at young ages is correlated with the environmental objects and experiences the child…

MIRA Stainless Steel French Press Review
I’m getting everything set for our yearly Yosemite Camping trip; 1st thing in the supply kit? My, MIRA stainless steel french press! This little guy is awessssssssome!! Double walled so my coffee stays hot. The coffee plunger has a great strainer so that no grounds get through! The french press makes almost 3 cups of coffee or tea. Which for my big to-go Contigo mug is one serving. I like my coffee strong so I use almost a full heaping 3 tablespoons to the bottom of the empty press. Then add hot water, until the pot is approximately 2/3 full. Next step, stir your ground coffee and water. Place the…
